Idea Upgrade

I have expanded on the preliminary idea after the 12^th week’s presentation. In redesigning the font of “ARTS” in the original design in the SKYARTS program, it has now become a melodious violin playing musical notes that float out from the violin. These musical notes then disseminate into the air to become “SKYARTS”, followed by “ARTS” gradually appearing during the last 12 seconds. The reason for changing the original design of “SKYARTS” is due to the inappropriate combination of the color and the background; the colors were not clear and strong enough. The most important thing that I utilized in the program was Particular Effect, a plug-in effect, which requires high technical proficiency in order to output brilliant designs and outstanding effects. After a long period of investigating this effect, I have mastered the effect and thus applied in my project. In total, there are three relevant effects:

1.       The effect of tree branches sprouting with fresh green leaves

2.       The effect of butterflies flying in the screen

3.       The effect of leaves withering, followed by defoliation

In addition to these effects, I also inserted relevant effects in the appropriate places for other materials. For example, I used Carton Effect for the owl and the violin, and used the Color Effect for the background to make it more vivid and shining.
